How adding one works

    Subscribe to the seat plan

    Add-ons sit on top of a paid plan. They aren't part of the trial.

    Add seats on your account page

    Pick how many seats of each add-on you want, up to your plan's seat count. Change or cancel any time.

  3. 3

    Assign them to members

    On the Organization page, give each add-on seat to the person who needs it. Everyone else is unaffected.

Pricing questions

What counts as a seat?
A seat is an active team member with Console or triage access. Above 500 seats, reach out and we'll put together custom, negotiated pricing.
What happens when the trial ends?
After 14 days the desktop app locks until you subscribe. Nothing is deleted. Your playbooks, connections, and team config are all there when you unlock it.
What does the AI model usage cost?
You bring your own OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, OpenRouter, or Ollama key, so model usage is billed by your provider under your own contract and rates. You pick the model and control the spend. Triagic never marks up tokens.
Do dashboards use AI every time I open them?
No. AI writes the queries once when you build the dashboard. Opening, filtering and refreshing run those saved queries directly against your data sources.
I'm outside India. Can I pay?
Prices are billed in ₹ (Indian rupees) through Razorpay; the $ figures shown are approximate, and your card's bank handles the conversion. Most international cards work. If a payment won't go through, email hello@triagic.com and we'll sort it out.
Does the license work offline?
Yes. Your license verifies offline, with a 72-hour grace period if you lose connectivity.
How many emails can we send with Forms + email?
500 outgoing emails a month per organization, counted across acknowledgements, replies and status notices, and at most 100 in any one day. The monthly count resets on the 1st. If you need more, email hello@triagic.com and we'll raise it.
Do add-ons cost extra during the trial?
Add-ons are not part of the trial. Once you subscribe, add them for the seats that need them; the rest of the team is unaffected.
