Not listed: the AI providers and systems you connect Triagic to. The desktop app talks to them directly with your own credentials, under your own agreements with them, so they are your vendors, not ours. The same goes for an email provider your organization connects for sending form email.
We give 30 days' notice by email before adding or replacing a provider, as the Data Processing Addendum describes.
