Triagic + HubSpot: ticket investigations over your business systems, read-only
Look up contacts, companies, deals, tickets and their associations in HubSpot CRM. Create and update tools are left out. Use a key with read scopes. Triagic connects to HubSpot from the desktop app on each member's machine, with a credential you configure, and shows every call it makes while it investigates a ticket. Nothing is copied out of HubSpot.
What you can ask
- Pull the HubSpot record for this customer and summarise the last three interactions
- In HubSpot, has anyone else reported this since Monday?
- Which HubSpot tickets from this account are still open, and who owns them?
- Does HubSpot show a refund or a failed payment for order 8812?
- What did the customer say in the HubSpot thread before this ticket was filed?
What the agent can do
These are the 13 tools Triagic exposes from the HubSpot MCP server. Anything else the server lists is dropped at connect time.

Connect in three steps
- 1
Mint a read-only credential in HubSpot
Create a dedicated user or token that can only read. No write block upstream: an allowlist of the list, search and get tools, and a key granted only read scopes.
- 2
Add it in the Triagic portal
Integrations, then Add shared data source, then HubSpot.
- Access token: A Service Key (Settings → Integrations → Service Keys) or an existing private app's access token (pat-…). Grant read scopes only: crm.objects.contacts.read, crm.objects.companies.read, crm.objects.deals.read. Tickets need HubSpot's tickets scope, which also allows writes, so add it only if you want ticket lookups.
- 3
Let a desktop pick it up
Saving validates the shape of what you typed. The first desktop app to sync starts HubSpot locally and reports running or degraded with the error text.
Field-by-field setup, TLS options and the error table: HubSpot in the docs.
Read-only, by construction
No write block upstream: an allowlist of the list, search and get tools, and a key granted only read scopes.
FAQ
- Can Triagic change anything in HubSpot?
- No. No write block upstream: an allowlist of the list, search and get tools, and a key granted only read scopes. Give it a read-only credential as well, so the guarantee does not rest on one layer.
- What do I need to connect HubSpot?
- Access token. The desktop app on a member's machine starts the connection; the portal never holds a live process.
- Does HubSpot cost extra?
- No. Every connector is included in the seat price. Start a 14-day trial without a card.
