Know the number went bad before the client calls
An operations team runs on numbers that sit in someone else's database: orders past SLA, freezer temperatures, rejected partner messages. Triagic puts them in front of you without a data team. An admin describes a dashboard in a sentence and Triagic saves one read-only query per chart. Alert rules on those charts escalate by severity, from a bell to email, Slack and repeat pages. A playbook report lands every morning, and checkups review access on a schedule.
The problem today
- Every new chart is a request to the one person who writes SQL, and it waits behind their real work.
- A freezer zone warms from -20C to -16C over eight hours, and nobody looks until a client asks why their stock is soft.
- A partner changes a file format and every shipping notice since is rejected. Someone finds out three days later, at the dock.
What changes
- Dashboards without a data team
- An admin asks for orders past SLA by warehouse and freezer temperature by zone. Triagic proposes the charts, shows the build price before you press it, and saves one read-only query per chart. Opening and refreshing it never spends AI.
- Alerts that page the right desk
- Suggest alerts reads a dashboard and proposes rules, like freezer F2 above -15C for 2 checks. Each rule is a plain comparison, checked every 15 minutes with no model and no cost per check. High emails the rule's team; critical also posts to Slack and repeats until someone acknowledges.
- A report before the morning call
- Schedule a playbook for every weekday at 08:30 in your timezone. Each run lands on the Reports page as a new edition with every query behind it, and anyone who can see the playbook can ask a follow-up under it.
- Checkups on access and the connections you rely on
- The Checkups add-on runs the access review and credential and integration hygiene on a schedule. Generate drafts your own from the integrations you pick, such as a weekly review of rejected partner messages. Findings stay tracked until someone fixes them.

Questions we get
- Do we need someone who writes SQL?
- No. An admin describes the dashboard in plain words and Triagic writes and tests each query. Anyone can open Query to see the saved query behind a chart, and an admin can edit it by hand for free.
- Who gets paged, and when?
- The severity decides. Low goes to the owner's bell and a daily digest email. Medium adds a desktop notification. High also emails the owner and the rule's team at once. Critical also posts to Slack and repeats every 15 minutes, up to 8 times, until someone acknowledges.
- What happens when the laptop is closed?
- Rules are checked on the rule owner's desktop while the app is running. If the app is quit or the machine sleeps, that owner's rules stop checking. The Rules tab shows when each rule was last checked.
